nice stay with small issues

i dined at beach deck the food and cocktails were excellent plus the service was great i really appreciated kshitij and sanyog for providing excellent service the atmosphere suits those who like cocktails with dinner the location is highly recommended. the pool service and music were great i would highly recommend it for friends or couples it is close to west beach. i might visit other restaurants such as jade i found the hotel good with great hospitality. nusra was kind and helpful.
drink prices seemed excessive but that seems to be common in the city overall i found it a minor issue.

the junior suite sea view offered great space and a view the room included a king bed a separate seating area and a balcony overlooking the sea the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. the minibar was stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks.

the hotel boasts several pools one is an adults-only pool others feature lively music the gym includes treadmills elliptical machines and free weights beach access is direct and the hotel provides plenty of loungers and umbrellas . i found the variety of facilities excellent

the hotel is situated near west beach offering convenient access to nearby attractions transportation options are readily available to explore other parts of the area it is quite easy to get around from this location. taxis are always accessible outside the hotel entrance.

staff members throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and helpful in beach deck restaurant i received very good service and the food and drinks came quickly front desk staff addressed inquiries efficiently. i enjoyed all the staff members i talked to

Abdul was very kind AND helpful. I found that acceptable.
There was blood on our bed when I arrived. I had to get it changed. Then breakfast was awful, WITH one waiter for 100 guests, which I found mindblowing. I was disgusted to go in the pool because it was too crowded AND the water was murky.

The location was acceptable though the music could be a bit much at times.
I found the gym a bit disappointing. It lacked a stair master, which I use regularly at home. There were plenty of treadmills and other equipment, but I missed that specific machine. I also thought the adult pool closed too early. It went into shade in the afternoon, a true shame.
